Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 2 tsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

  2. In a large glass bowl, mix together all purpose flour, baking powder and salt.

  3. Stir in Greek yogurt with a spatula until a shaggy dough forms.

  4. Using your hands, clump the shaggy dough together until you form a soft dough ball. If dough is too dry to clump together, add in water 1 tsp at a time until it's soft enough to form. If the dough feels too sticky, add in flour 1 tbs at a time until you get a soft consistency.

  5. I use a really thick Greek yogurt and my dough is never sticky, but if you are using regular yogurt, you may need to lightly dust your work surface and rolling pin.

  6. Separate your dough into two balls and roll out two pizzas, roughly 12 inches each for a thin crust, and 10 inches for a thicker crust.

  7. I don't have a fancy pizza stone or cast iron pizza pan, so I just line a baking sheet with parchment paper, but I'm sure a pizza stone would make this even better! I add a tsp of olive oil to each baking sheet (lined with parchment) and spread around with my fingers.

  8. Place pizza on top of lightly oiled baking sheet, top with favorite toppings, bake for 8-10 minutes.

  9. Let cool slightly before cutting. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

*The best way to measure flour is to spoon into a measuring cup and level off. If you scoop directly out of the flour bag, you'll be using too much flour as it gets compacted that way.

*This recipes calls for Greek yogurt, which is thicker than traditional yogurt. It will work well with regular yogurt, but you will have to add in a bit more flour/dust the rolling pin and work surface with a bit of flour to keep the dough from sticking.
