Inside: Join along as I let you in on a little secret – where to find the BEST lasagna in Columbus.
I was born and raised in good ol’ Columbus, Ohio. Which means I’ve enjoyed countless celebrations at Spaghetti Warehouse, or “the Warehouse” which is how I’ve always referred to it. Started in 1972, this delightfully nostalgic Italian-American restaurant has been a part of graduation parties, birthday parties, anniversaries, retirement parties, and family-friendly dinners for almost 50 years.
It was where we celebrated after theater performances when I was in high school. It’s where we hosted our business fraternity formal dinner. I’ve attended countless graduation parties at Spaghetti Warehouse.
And it’s where my husband and I went for dinner when I was pregnant and craving their freakishly delicious sourdough bread and seasoned butter. Also, they will happily bring you more bread. Ask me how I know….
With cozy booths for family dinners and private rooms and large banquet spaces that can seat parties up to 300 guests, it’s the perfect space to host any size celebration. You’ll love the quirky decor and nostalgic space, not to mention the BEST lasagna in Columbus.
And attention all 2021 graduates – if you choose to celebrate your upcoming graduation party at Spaghetti Warehouse during May or June, you’ll be gifted with a FREE limited edition glass.
You can bring it back all summer for free refills!
Celebrating at Spaghetti Warehouse with the BEST Lasagna in Columbus!
Would you believe that I’ve actually never ordered anything OTHER than their lasagna in the decades that I have been visiting Spaghetti Warehouse? I mean, there’s no reason to mess with perfection and if you ask me, they have the best lasagna in Columbus. So of course I order it.
Every.Single.Time.
And my husband has a thing for spaghetti and meatballs.
Especially when they are hand-rolled meatballs.
Also, their meatballs are about as delicious as one would expect from a restaurant whose URL is www.meatballs.com.
Your entrees will come with your choice of soup or salad, and that addicting sourdough bread. Portions are very generous, so I highly recommend taking a brisk walk around the restaurant halfway through your meal to keep your strength up and ensure you have enough room for dessert.
And that dessert should most definitely be the Italian Cream Torte. This cake is absolute heaven and I’m not sure if we can be friends if you don’t order this.
On your walk, you can check out the quirky decor. You’ll find cool art, funny signs, and some unexpected pieces, like this stop light. Also, I’m a total nerd, but near the bathrooms, there’s an entire wall lined with old school stock certificates and it’s fascinating seeing all the companies that are no longer around. Little bits of history. I love it.
If you have little ones, check out their trolley – it’s such a fun spot to dine and it’s right in the middle of the restaurant! Spaghetti Warehouse has a great kids menu and if your little one finishes their meal, they can pick out a piece of candy on their way out from their old-time candy display.
If you stop in to Spaghetti Warehouse – I’d love to hear what you think. Drop me a message and let me know!
